    Who is this programme for?

    Working professionals, team leads, founders and consultants who want to use AI tools in their actual day-to-day work — reports, emails, documents, research and follow-ups — rather than a generic overview of what AI can do. Companies can also book it for their teams.

    What happens in each session?

    There are six live online sessions of 90 minutes each, two a week over three weeks. Every session is hands-on and built around your actual work — reports, emails, documents, data and workflows — not hypothetical examples, using the AI tools that fit your role

    Do I need any prior AI experience?

    No. The programme is designed for people who are new to using AI tools seriously in their work, as well as those who've tried it before but haven't found it sticking to their actual workflow.

    What do I need to have ready before we start?

    Just a laptop with an AI tool account (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) and whatever real work you'd like help with — a proposal you're drafting, research you need to run, or a workflow you want to set up. We'll set up anything else during the sessions themselves.

    What happens after the six sessions end?

    You'll leave with a working setup — prompt frameworks, an AI workspace built around your business, and a plan for using it day to day — so the AI stays part of your workflow well after the programme wraps up. You also get 30 days of support after your last session.

    How much does it cost?
